Kayley Jane Garcia Dykman
SoCal based representational artist, Kayley Jane, primarily paints in oil. Part of a third culture, she works to diversify portraiture and figurative art while experimenting with both contemporary and traditional styles. Since completing her BFA at Laguna College of Art + Design in 2022, she has continued her studio practice while returning to her alma mater as an educator.
In addition to other recognitions, Kayley Jane was the youngest exhibiting artist at the 2023 Festival of the Arts in Laguna Beach. She also placed 1st in Teravarna’s 2024 International Portrait Competition and was a finalist in the National Portrait Society’s 2025 Future Generation Competition. The next session of her Portrait Painting Community Education course at LCAD will begin in February 2026.
